Experience:
One year of specialized experience which includes the following:
Implement live, virtual, constructive and gaming Fires simulations to support experiment and analytical objectives; Demonstrated experience using knowledge of experiment design and research methodologies; Performed duties of a simulation configuration manager in accordance with industry standards, policies and procedures for Modeling and Simulation Configuration Management; Prepared experiment and demonstration technical and support documents such as analysis plans, experimentation plans, and simulation control plans; Create strategies and visions by leveraging expert technical knowledge of a wide range of experimentation methods, techniques, and tools in order to design and develop experimentation tools; Evaluate live, virtual, constructive, and gaming simulation programs; Presented high level briefings/presentations and prepared positions papers using superior written and verbal communication skills; Performed duties as a Contracting Officer Representative and administered contracts.This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:
