C-RAM Logistician II

Responsibilities Applies advanced technical knowledge to evolve and sustain logistics maintenance, supply, transportation problems in support of the C-RAM program.  Provides Logistics Support Team FSRs to perform Logistics Helpdesk operations. Purchases, receives, and inventories hardware and equipment required to accomplish non-standard equipment prototypes, fabrications, modifications, and repairs to C-RAM equipment and meet PD C-RAM mission requirements. Performs logistics services and warehouse management operations that include receiving, shipping, packaging for transportation, inventorying, disposal, hazardous material certification and handling, maintenance and determining serviceability of C-RAM PD equipment at Government Leased or Owned Facilities in CONUS and OCONUS PD C-RAM locations. Performs logistics services; shipping, receiving, packaging, labeling, and operator level maintenance on C-RAM System of System Equipment.  Performs logistics tasks in support of C-RAM support equipment; BGAN and Hughes satellite systems, Ruggedized Modular Solutions (RMOS), All Terrain Vehicles (ATV), and Light construction equipment  Qualifications Formal technical training and at least 8 years of experience in DoD logistics concepts and procedures with an understanding of production and production control   Preferred qualification is Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience  Candidate must have US military service (any branch) or equivalent contracting experience. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Knowledge of selected computer applications (ex: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) CONUS travel required; may be required to deploy  DoD security clearance. ID 2018-2479

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
