Organizational Development Support

Charles F. Day & Associates, is currently seeking individuals interested in contingent positions at Ft. Sill, OK. Positions in this field are contingent upon contract and TO awards. Anticipated awards dates begin May 2018

Travel: 25%
Summary: The contractor shall support the Organizational Development requirements of the FCoE. The effort shall include design, development, synchronization, assessment and maintenance of plans for efficient, integrated and enhanced movement toward building learning organizations within the FCoE. Organizational development tasks shall require assessment of organizational design and staffing, long and short range strategies, as well as facilities' needs
Duties:
The contractor shall review and provide written comments to ensure the organizational design of Modular Forces is consistent with the design parameters in the concepts of operations.
Development Support, Subtask 2: In coordination with the organizations such as CDID, the contractor shall assist in the development of and reviewing for accuracy, Unit Reference Sheets (URSs) and Tables of Organization and Equipment (TOEs).
Develop Operational
Architectures (OAs) and review final OA products for accuracy in accordance with TRADOC Regulation 71-20, CJCSI 6212.01F and CJCSI 3170.01 using the U.S. Department of the Army Capability-based Architecture Development and Integration Environment (ArCADIE) system.
Maintain and review Basis of Issue Plans (BOIPs).
Review other specified proponent-developed URS and BOIP and provide written comments.
Develop and maintain Manpower Allocation Requirements Criteria (MARC).
Develop and review force structure requirements data to support the biannual Total Army Analysis (TAA) process.
Provide expert written assessment of the impact of organizational design to identify facilities' needs.
In coordination with the Capability Development Integration Directorate, the contractor shall develop required input and provide subject matter expertise to review and comment on applicable products impacting Fires organizations during Total Army Analysis (TAA). (See Army Regulation 71-11 and 71-32).
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Previous experience reviewing and provide written comments to ensure the organizational design of Modular Forces is consistent with the design parameters in the concepts of operations.
Experience developing Operations Architectures (OAs).
Familiar with TRADOC regulations.
Experience reviewing Basis of Issue Plans (BOIPs).
Ability to and experience maintaining Manpower Allocation Requirements Criteria (MARC) and Total Army Analysis (TAA) process.
Provide expert written assessment of the impact of organizational design to identify facilities' needs.
Able to claim being a Subject Matter Expert in the Fire Center of Excellence.
Special preference given to candidates who live in a Hub Zoned area.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
