Electronics Technician I

Job Description

CACI is seeking a Electronics Technician to apply basic technical knowledge to perform simple or routine tasks in Fort Sill OK.

What You ll Get to Do:

-- Diagnose and repair hardware problems (such as PCs, Printers, network equipment, and AV equipment).

-- Submit paperwork required to purchase replacement parts.

-- Setup of AV equipment for VTCs before user conferences.

-- Provide support to the Computer Operations group and section.
You ll Bring These Qualifications:

-- Troubleshooting

-- HW repair

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

-- AV setup and support

-- Establish VTC

-- Formal HW repair training (college, Vo-Tech, Military).

-- Operation of software including MS-Windows, Linux OS, Deltek, and helpdesk software.

-- Familiarity with Government contracting.

-- Use a Digital/Analog Millimeter.

-- Use built in diagnostic software and third party diagnostics software.

-- Test and trouble shoot electronic circuits (basic level fuse, capacitor, and resistor).

-- Understand and use a level 1, 2 & 3 equipment troubleshooting guide.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
