Job Description
The Training Instructor shall instruct on Air Missile Defense (AMD) characteristics, capabilities, operational functions and system integration utilizing current training material and components of the Air Defense Battle Management System as it relates to a Air Battle
Management Operation Center (ABMOC), Sensor Command and Control (C2), Battery Command Post (BCP) and ADAM Cell configuration. The scope of instruction encompasses operation at system, subsystem, and component level, equipment power sources and requirements, general system electronics, console operations (Software), maintenance and repair concepts and procedures. Contractor shall design, develop, and or modify/update course training materials in support of the Air Defense (AD) Battle Management System Operator; follow approved programs of instruction (POI) and prepare to teach to standard the contents of each lesson plan subject; and make modifications to adapt material to the needs of the class. Contractor shall ensure the total time, training devices used and topics are in accordance with approved POIs and lesson plans; use prescribed texts, student outlines, advance sheets, worksheets, technical and field manuals, schematics, and logic diagrams in preparation and conduct of the instruction; and follow instructional techniques and procedures specified in USAADASCH regulations and school memoranda. The Contactor shall use training products that encompass the full scope of operations at systems, subsystem and component level, equipment power source requirements, system electronics, console operations, software and auxiliary program initialization procedures, maintenance and repair concept, troubleshooting procedures using diagnostic program, built-in test equipment (BITE), and test measurement and diagnostic equipment. The Contractor shall administer examinations, evaluate test results, correlate test results with the student ability and provide recommendations to academic deficiency panels on changes and student status. The Contractor shall write technical training material, implement software program changes to existing operational programs, and introduce new equipment into the training program. The Contractor shall ensure newly developed materials are consistent and accurate in content and that requirements are commensurate with Soldier's Manuals, Interactive Courseware (ICW), and Interactive Video Disk (IVD) lessons to ensure that content and design support training requirements. The Contractor shall apply professional knowledge and skills of learning theory, instructional design, tests and measures to the systems approach to training (SAT) for the development of training products. The Contractor shall design and develop objectives, test items, lesson material, lesson plans, and other training material. The Contractor shall review and revise existing training material for inclusion of the latest information available. The Contractor shall validate instruction prior to implementation. The Contractor shall ensure draft technical lessons are technically correct, complete, and in accordance with prescribed formats and observe appropriate validation efforts to ensure technical accuracy before implementation of each lesson plan.

Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience. Education can be waived for additional years of experience. Provide quality instruction on all subsystems of the Air Defense Battle Management System Operator with associated Communication Equipment in support of Echelons at the Patriot Battalion and below. Serves as a Training Instructor and conduct training on subjects covering the components of Air Defense Battle Management and ADAM Cell and associated communications equipment, to include test equipment and Training Devices (TADSS). Instruct on Air Missile Defense (AMD) characteristics, capabilities, operational functions and system integration utilizing current training material and components of the Air Defense Battle Management System as it relates to a Air Battle Management Operation Center (ABMOC), Sensor Command and Control (C2), Battery Command Post (BCP) and ADAM Cell configuration.
Graduate of Army Basic Instructor Course (ABIC) and Support Cadre Training Course. Provided Patriot Air Defense instructional support to students attending the United States Army Air Defense Artillery School.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster.
