Educational Technician (Registrar) with Security Clearance

Dutieso Performs work in support of the Student Management System (SMS) responsible for functions related to educational requirements in areas assigned.
o Works with staff and faculty in order to provide advice and assistance and make recommendations to further training and educational operations.
o Acts as the functional expert operating the Student Management System (SMS) such as the Digital Training Management System (DTMS), Army Training Requirements and Resources System (ATRRS), and Blackboard, (Bb) Learning Management System (LMS).
o Responsible for assisting staff and faculty with Student Management System (SMS) issues, database updates, student updates, and general system operations.
o Provides oversight of registrar office operations.
o Advise Staff Group Advisors and students concerning Registrar related matters and policy implementationRequirements Conditions of Employmento Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security clearance.
o Temporary Duty Travel (TDY) apprup to 25% of the time away from home station.

Experience:
One year of specialized experience which includes (1) operating a registrar or similar automated system to update student or faculty records; (2) preparing, reviewing, analyzing, and providing transcripts in an educational institution; (3) analyzing data and report preparation for student performance and enrollment status; (4) and preparing academic evaluation reportsThis definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-07)OR Education:
Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as:
Education, Student Affairs, School Administration, Business Administration or any degrees in educational administration(Note:

Experience:
