It aims to improve transportation, particularly for veterans, older adults, people with disabilities, individuals with lower incomes, and other transit-dependent populations to find nutrition and healthy living resources, healthcare, and employment through various activities.
Scheduling & Pay:
Typical schedule will be 8:
00am - 5:
00pm.
However, you may work weekends before or after typical hours to attend meetings, conventions, etc.
Pay:
$18-$20/hour Responsibilities Facilitate easy access to transportation information and referrals for individuals seeking services.
Enhance coordination and communication statewide by breaking down barriers and fostering collaboration between various stakeholders.
Gather and integrate community feedback for continuous evaluation and improvement of transportation services.
Support transit agencies by strategically promoting community awareness, building public confidence, fostering partnerships, and increasing ridership.
Collaborate with the ODOT statewide coordinator for training and program initiatives.
Report program performance metrics to ODOT.
Work with other mobility managers to strengthen initiatives and coordinate transportation efforts.
Coordinate transportation services using various providers.
Research grant opportunities in collaboration with management.
Identify and apply for funding to address community needs and achieve established goals.
Collaborate with residents to navigate the transportation landscape, including ride-along and travel training.
Conduct annual data collection on unmet transportation needs in the community/county/region.
Organize meetings with local transportation providers, stakeholders, community agencies, and businesses to discuss collected data and develop goals and strategies to address unmet needs.
