Roles and
Responsibilities:
Ensures accuracy of technical inputs to manuals and training products.
Provides subject matter expertise to team of training developers, tech writers and customer in the following areas:
systems, operations, logistics, engineering, and design of Fires related software (AFATDS, ASCA, Centaur, EMT, FOS, JADOCS, PFD, PFM).
Executes tasks and projects relevant to subject matter.
Performs quality reviews on training and technical products to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Leads contractor sponsored events (validations).
Actively participates in government sponsored events (log demos and verifications).
Participates in data collections.
Coordinates with Program Manager to receive new software, hardware and other manuals and creates content for training soldiers in conjunction with the ISD.
Minimum Qualifications/Requirements/Certifications:
10 years direct experience using AFATDS and ASCA.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with a wide range of personalities and work styles.
Agile mindset and willingness to embrace frequent change.
Ability to approach a problem from multiple angles.
Comfortable defending our work in front of stakeholders, including trainers and proponents, but also willing to accept criticism gracefully.
A willingness to learn new software and processes.
Excellent organizational skills and commitment to version control.
Willingness and ability to work as part of a team.
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining quality and meeting deadlinesSkilled in use of MS Office products, especially Word and PowerPoint Preferred Qualification/Requirements:

years direct experience using other Fires systems (Centaur, EMT, FOS, PFD, etc.
)Experience training or developing training for soldiers.
Experience building and using virtual machinesMinimum Education:
Bachelor's degree Preferred Education:
Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent on the job experience, such as work experience in a BDE Fires Cell.
Successful completion of Digital Master Gunner Course.
