6K a year This requirement is for the Fires Center of Excellence, Fort Sill (FCoE&FS), a subordinate command of the U.
S.
Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC).
FCoE&FS is located at Fort Sill, Oklahoma, and has the mission of providing the Army with combat developments, training developments, and institutional training; participating in the force structure process; determining requirements and influencing systems development, acquisition, and fielding processes for the Field Artillery and Air Defense Artillery Schools.
Operate and maintain Information Technology (IT) infrastructure within the FCoE.
Provide Tier I and II help desk support and desktop touch labor for MS Windows systems.
Input and track to completion Trouble Tickets for all tasks requiring support using the government provided online Remedy application.
Install, configure, troubleshoot, scan and repair workstations, printers, and operating systems Ensure daily operations, preventive maintenance, and upgrades of all computer equipment.
Provide Audio/Video support for conference rooms and large-scale events The ability to obtain a Secret Clearance Active CompTIA Security
certification or the ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
Active Windows 10 Certification or the passing of Microsoft Exam MD 100:
Windows 10 within 90 days of hire Strong proficiency with Windows operating systems including Windows 7 and 10 Proficient with Windows Active Directory for adding users, changing passwords, and other minor tasks.
Thorough knowledge of networking technologies including firewalls, network switches, and Internet connectivity.
Proficient in installing, troubleshooting, and updating software applications.
Demonstrates aptitude for problem-solving, and the ability to determine solutions for customers.
Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
Must possess excellent communication skills, a passion for technology, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
