Responsibilities Monitor and review high-priority work orders, Not Mission Capable Supply (NMCS) and Non-Mission Capable Maintenance (NMCM) time and work orders over 30 days old to formulate appropriate recommended action and delays including repair parts supply status.
Collaborate with Maintenance Manager on corrective action required.
Maintain close contact with support unit maintenance personnel.
Monitor various systems files and reports to analyze causes of delays or stoppages.
Attend maintenance meetings Provide status of unit job orders to unit maintenance officers and advises unit commanders on direct support/general support procedures.
Review work in progress and adjusts plans, assignments, and methods as necessary to accomplish the work as effectively and economically as feasible Other duties as assigned Qualifications High School graduate or equivalent.
Associate degree with an emphasis in Business Administration preferred.
Minimum of three (3) years' experience of working knowledge of direct support OR general support maintenance procedures and repair parts supply procedures.
Valid driver's license.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to obtain a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) for computer access.
Extensive knowledge of Excel spreadsheet program.
Formal civilian or military training in component rebuild preferred Physical Demands (The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
