4 Quick Apply Full-time 17 hours ago Full Job Description Call For Fire Trainer 3 (Immersive) Fort Sill, OK This position is for a Contract Operator / Role-player / SIM TECH for the Fires Center of Excellence (FCoE), Mission Simulation Center (MSC), Fort Sill, OK, contract for Call for Fire Trainer 3 (CFFT3) operators and subject matter experts.
This task requires personnel with unique specialty skills and knowledge to provide operator inputs for Leaders and Soldiers during joint fires and targeting exercises at the operational level of conflict.
Responsibilities for this position will include:
Providing the full spectrum of simulation and training support, including but not limited to, classroom, hands-on, and practical exercises.
Training support requirements are for resident and non-resident training requirements for the Field Artillery School, Air Defense Artillery Schools and Forscom elements when scheduling permits.
Participate as an SME in incorporating simulations, models, and mission command systems; Assisting in developing and revising simulation scenarios in support of the POI, Lesson Plans and Training Support Packages (TSP) to remedy any deficiencies or shortcomings identified during the preparation for and conduct of simulation exercises.
Required Skills Must have an active Secret Clearance or the ability to activate one.
Required Experience Minimum of seven years of military experience in Fire Support operations and planning.
Desired Experience Minimum of one year of experience supporting training exercise operating the CFFT3.
One or more years operating/maintaining an Immersive CFFT3 system (1 to 30, AFSM, UTM, and CASM).
